Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made to order, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items

  • Limited Edition Drops

  • Gift Cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (subject to inventory availability)

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect item shipped

If we cannot fulfill an exchange, store credit may be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will review and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed.
